There was good and bad about the reenactment last weekend. We missed seeing some dear friends who couldn't be there, and we did get some rain. However, the event didn't get rained out thankfully, and the weather was perfect othewise. The ball was quite nice, and Rebecca and I had many good laughs. So, on to the few selected pictures, out of many hundreds taken. Hope you enjoy!
I'm too tired to write descriptions, so draw your own conclusions. :^)
Ooooo!! Nice pictures!!! :) heehee... Fun times at the ball, too....pahahaha!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pics! You look absolutely divine, my dear. Ah, to be young and carefree. Hee hee hee!
ReplyDeleteDid you get any of Mason by chance? If so, email me some...I'd love to see what he looks like these days.
See you soon, I hope.
Amy
NOOOOO...... this is SO not fair. You all had a blast without us. *tear* And now we won't even see you at Jefferson (unless I can convince you otherwise).
ReplyDeleteEveryone is lovely, I love the pic of you spinning.
But while you all where living in the 1860's we had a wonderful wedding weekend. Everything was lovely and the newlyweds are deliriously happy :)
Here's to dreaming of seeing you soon...
This is my first time to your blog. I'm glad you have had a reenactment already! Our first isn't until the 30th. I can not wait! Your dresses look lovely. I really enjoy your blog.
ReplyDeleteNice pics!! Loved seeing everyone, though I hope Cim -if that was him- wasn't too seriously wounded!! ;) lol
ReplyDeleteI love you spinning in your dress! Lovely! And you look like you were enjoying yourself so much. I am glad you found some pleasure in it since I know how *hard* it is for you to attend those! ;) lol!!!
Love ya,
Sarah
