You may have noticed that we have two new sponsors for the Historical Costume Inspiration Festival!
Both are lovely Etsy shops - Oh Kirby and My Lavalierie. Do drop over and visit. Both will be sponsoring giveaways during the festival week! (which items from their shop shall remain a secret until then....:^)
If you would like to sponsor the festival, or know someone who would, do let me know! :^)
Also my dear friend over at Country Musings is hosting a giveaway! Hop over and see all the lovely things!
Cool! I'll have to check those out!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on my post, Atlanta! It's really important for a marriage to be backed up by faith. There really isn't a bigger foundation than a covenant bound around something bigger than the two people in a marriage.
Thanks for posting about my giveaway, dear friend! :) I hope you will win something. :)
ReplyDeleteLove ya, Sarah
Hello!
ReplyDeleteI have a few questions about the upcoming historical costume festival.
Is it ok if I make an outfit useing a paper doll dress for my inspiration?
Can I use pieces that I have not made myself (such as a skirt from a thrift store) and turn it into part of my costume, or does it have to be completely made from scratch?
Thanks!
Love, Meg
Hi Meg,
ReplyDeleteI think that would be just fine!
thanks for asking!
