I have been contemplating making a new Regency gown but I just don't have time, it makes me very sad!

  5. thankee!

Sarah - Yes, the hair style was totally made up. It was one of those 'magic' one time in a thousand when I stuck a few pins in here and there and it actually stayed! woohoo! At least long enough for pictures. :^)

As far as I can remember, I started with about 1/3 of my hair in a side part at the front, the rest towards the back in a center part. I loosely twisted each side front back around to the back in half-up style and secured each twist with a clip. then I flipped up the long hair in the back, tucked the ends under and stuck a few pins in. Lol. Not very scientific, and I doubt I could do it again. But - I'm thankful it worked for the pictures! It was very windy.
