Wow, that is beautiful! I love the neckline, the back, the pockets, everything! :) I've never used a vintage clothing pattern before...is it pretty simple, or do you have to make a lot of adjustments?

Thanks, everyone! :^)

Kristin, the only differences I have noticed when using vintage patterns as opposed to modern patterns, is the directions are a bit more sparse. But they are quite sufficient, especially if you have sewn before, or have someone you can ask about basic terms and techniques. I did also have to adjust this particular pattern quite a bit smaller, but I have to do that on most patterns. (I think most patterns run large...)

Aww this looks like the best "garden dress." It's so pretty, I could just see those pockets holding a few fresh tomatoes and peppers as you weed the garden.

I just started following your blog for your giveaway, and wow! I LOVE this dress! I have a couple of vintage mail-order patterns that I've gotten as part of a lot from eBay, but none as cute as this!
